SKINT and FAT

I can't stop eating.  Or sleeping if I'm honest.  Get my B12 in 2 days so that's fabulous.  Not been to the gym or spinning for over a week.  Getting closer to 2 weeks.  Not swam for 5 weeks.  Full of excuses.  The swimming, and spinning I do have a good excuse but really.  No excuse at all.  So after eating non stop all day.  Tonight I have decided it is time for a change.  No fancy diets.  Just portion control, budget control.  Then move my backside.  Who knows I might get skinny and still be skint.
