DID I MENTION THE CAKE

Oh my days I decided to have a go at baking cakes.  Didn't turn out good.  Well it went into the bin.  So after some advise from my good friend Alison.  Karen go get a cake mix.  No way.  I am doing this by scratch.  So in the isle of baking cakes in Morrison's.  I looked at the cake mix section.  Decided if it's for an 8" tin I'm having it. What do you know Betty Crocker eat your heart out.  Problem solved.  Baked, butter creamed up, and all scoffed.  Took about 24 hours.  This is the practice run.  I'm going to do Samantha's 21st Birthday cake.
