THE DIET STARTS TOMORROW

Here I go again.  I started yet another diet.    Weight Watchers here I go.  Ok I shall be honest with you if not with my self.  I started it 2 weeks ago.  Week 1 my start weight was 11stone 7lb...... I did brill for my first week . I lost 4lb.  So that took me down to 11stone 3lb  I have no idea if I stayed within my points but I kept out of the bakery and stuck to 3 meals a day.  Last weeks was total disaster.  I was the sugar monster.  So Monday morning I am going to be star slimmer.  Plan of action is to plan ahead.  That should work.  I keep getting emails reminding me to track my points and nope I haven't done it once.  I am a fool.  I bloody paid for it and I know it works.  So why do I think I can rebel.  Some how I haven't put any weight back on. Just remembered a 6 pack of chomps in the fridge.  Look if it's within my points, I can eat it.  Wonder how many points actually are in a chomp shall just check.........Turns out 3 point not bad.  Was going to buy a pack of stickers and point up the food in the cupboards fridge and the freezer.  Then thought better of it as it would look like I have won it all on a raffle.  My only tip I have and can honestly say works is to bag up my frozen chips into 120grm bags as when cooked they are 100grm.  Oh and the cereal.  I bag that up into 30grm bags.  It stays crunchy and no cheating. Got my new sewing machine out on the table and loads of dies and loads of stuff .  Time to do something.  Oh and plan the diet.  Must give Samantha a shout to take some photos and stuff as I go along to upload on here.  You never know this blog might actually be full of a load of nothing.
